Our Mission

Black Treasurers Investments, LLC has dedicated our attention to the needs of a community in East & West Tampa, Fl., like much of District 3 in Hillsborough Co has seen its better days. Nevertheless, its greater promise is just on the horizon. It will be a great undertaking of a project as we strive to change the face of its streets and the hearts of its residents.

East & West Tampa areas located in Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa and has access to commercial retail, health and educational facilities that is readily accessible. New city and state funded developments are happening all around and within the community and adds the potential for more employment opportunities as well.

Black Treasurers Investments and its partners have devised a development plan to add new single family homes, multifamily units and streetscapes and parks to the community. With the support of the community leaders, stakeholders and city officials, we have an objective to bring or develope to terms by year 2027.
